Return & Exchange Policy
• Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Should the merchandise be found defective, exchange of merchandise (in the original packaging) may be arranged provided that you contact us within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise.
• When reporting a quality issue, please provide the batch number, expiry date, and product name as shown on the side, along with details about your concern.
• We may request that you return the unused portion of the product before processing a replacement.
• Please note that we are unable to accept returns if you have simply changed your mind or don't like the product's taste. However, do let us know if you have any feedback and we’re here to listen how we could do better for you.
• If you purchased from a retail stockist rather than directly from us, please return the product to that retailer, as their store policies will apply.
• The receipt of merchandise will serve as proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
• Your order is considered accepted when we email you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.
• We reserve the right not to accept your order if payment authorization fails, shipping restrictions apply, the item is out of stock, or the product doesn't meet our quality standards.
• Noumenon Limited reserves the right to amend terms & conditions and of final decision on all matters of disputes.
Out of Stock and Substitution
Noumenon Limited shall make every effort to ensure all PLANTBYSEED products displayed on our platforms are in stock.
If a product runs out of stock, we reserve the right to offer a substitution or refund to the customer.
We shall make every effort to provide customers with a substitute product of similar value and style.
Noumenon Limited shall notify customers of unavailable products and their substitutes by phone or text message before delivery.
Customers have the right to reject any substitutes offered.
In such cases, Noumenon Limited will refund the amount that customers have been charged for that product.
If customers have agreed that substitutions are allowed, the final value of the order may be affected by substituting similar products.
The prices charged are those applicable on the day of order confirmation.
All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Noumenon Limited reserves the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
